Your name is optional. Your story is not. Everything submitted here is read by me — Tracey Kelly, who founded this site after going through two evictions in Jackson County. Your submission will not be shared publicly without your explicit permission. It will be heard. That is the only promise I make.

How This Works — My Policy

This site is built on one thing: trust. So here is exactly how submissions are handled — no fine print.

Your story is published exactly as you wrote it. No edits. No cleaning up. No softening. What you said is what goes up. Your voice, your words, your truth.
I do not change stories after submission — not from my end, and not from anyone else's end. Not the landlord's attorney. Not anyone. What is submitted is what stands.
No comments are allowed on published stories. This is not a debate platform. It is not a place for landlords, property managers, or anyone else to respond, rebut, or pile on. You said what you said. It stays said.
If you choose to publish publicly: You will receive a copy of your story and a 24–48 hour window to review it before it goes live. If you want to make a change, that is your one opportunity. After it publishes, it is locked — for everyone, including me.
Why? Because the moment I start softening, editing, or allowing "corrections" from outside pressure, I become just another place that doesn't really listen. This is the only way to keep it real — and the only way anyone can trust it.

Your story comes directly to me — Tracey Kelly, the person who started RVRV after my own evictions in Jackson County. It will be read. It will not be dismissed. It will not be filed and forgotten. If you asked to be heard, you will be heard. If you asked for help finding resources, I will do my best. If you asked for nothing except for this to exist somewhere — it exists. Your story is now part of the record that says this happened, and it was wrong.
